The new Sammontana Italia SpA Benefit Company is born

The new Sammontana Italia SpA Benefit Company is born. As of January 1st, 2026, a single, stronger, and more unified reality comes to life. 

From that date, we will officially become one company: the new Sammontana Italia SpA Benefit Corporation Group, created through the merger of Sammontana SpA Benefit Corporation, Forno d’Asolo SpA, and S.I.P.A SpA, will be fully operational. This step represents the natural evolution of shared visions that come together and reinforce one another, making us increasingly united. By combining our skills, energy, and perspectives, we grow stronger and enhance our ability to face future challenges, while remaining firmly rooted in our history, our values, and the principles that guide us every day.

With the extension of the Benefit Company model to the entire Group, we reaffirm our commitment to sustainability, innovation, people’s well-being, and the common good.
